Mai 2014 im Wirtschaftsblatt einen Gastkommentar zum Thema \u00a0&#8222;Informationsfreiheit als Chance&#8220;.\u00a0<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Informationsfreiheit bedeutet transparente staatliche Verwaltung und das Recht, Zugang zu staatlichen Informationen ohne begr\u00fcndetes Interesse zu erhalten. Die bevorstehende verfassungsrechtliche Einf\u00fchrung der Informationsfreiheit verbessert die Demokratie in \u00d6sterreich und er\u00f6ffnet Unternehmen neue Informationsquellen. Nun liegen der Begutachtungsentwurf zur \u00c4nderung der Verfassung sowie die Stellungnahmen dazu vor.<\/p>\n<p>Amtsgeheimnis ade. \u00d6sterreich hat im Bereich der Informationsfreiheit im internationalen Vergleich Aufholbedarf. Die Einf\u00fchrung der Informationsfreiheit verkehrt das traditionelle Amtsgeheimnis in sein Gegenteil: Staatliche Organe, insbesondere die Verwaltung, sollen &#8222;alle Informationen von allgemeinem Interesse, insbesondere allgemeine Weisungen, Statistiken, Gutachten und Studien&#8220;, ver\u00f6ffentlichen (so der vorliegende Entwurf).\u00dcberdies gew\u00e4hrt die Informationsfreiheit dem Einzelnen ein &#8222;Recht auf Zugang zu Informationen&#8220; des Staates.<\/p>\n<p>siehe <a href=\"http:\/\/wirtschaftsblatt.at\/archiv\/printimport\/3806439\/Informationsfreiheit-als-Chance?from=suche.intern.portal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wirtschaftsblatt vom 16.5.2014<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lachmayer.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/2014_Wirtschaftsblatt_Informationsfreiheit-als-Chance1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2014_Wirtschaftsblatt<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Konrad Lachmayer schrieb am 16.
