“Transnationalising Constitutional Review – The Austrian Example”
School of Law | The University of Aberdeen
24 October 2014
Research Seminar as part of the Law School’s research seminar series 2014-15.

The talk will serve to explain the legal and cultural background of the decision and provide an outlook regarding future constitutional consequences. Can Austria serve as best practice or is the European trend moving in the opposite direction?
